My grandmother died of emphysema a while back. My mother smokes. I smoke. I think my mom and I enable each other. I wish we could quit together but she always says, "I'll quit when I'm ready."

Are there any movies out there, either about the things you yourself are going through or just in general that inspire you, that make you say "I'll be okay."

I am a very casual smoker that is going to stop completely. Generally, I smoke about a cigarette a day from 2-3 cigarettes partially smoked. I can stop for 2-3 days or 2-3 months at a time.

When we overthink, our mind is so cluttered and it's hard to take advantage of what life has in store for us in the present. What are some ways that you clear your mind? Do you have any tips?

I have been smoke free for about four months. The problem is that I keep craving cigarettes. I have been eating almost nonstop, and I have gained close to 25lbs.
