takes away my depression

Posted in Group:

I am struggling with depression, and i am on medication for it. Smoking makes me less depressed, its like a little vacation away from my troubles, and i feel better and better able to handle them. I don't know what to do. My only reall reason to quit is so that i can have a job and be able to work. I know people who work and smoke, and only smoke on breaks, but i don't want to have to "hang in there" all day till my break comes. But now there are nicotine packets called snus, and the juice can be swallowed. So i could work with these in my mouth. I dunno. I just don't know what to do anymore. Thanks for listening

Ummm-this is a HUGE red flag for me-you can check this out for yourself, but this raises your risk or horrible mouth and throat cancer. SO NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Sometimes I believe in as many as six impossible things before breakfast-Alice in Wonderland

I have many reasons to quit (quit two days ago) but feeling like a social pariah was a big one. Nobody I know smokes anymore. That will be helpful, actually.
