I NEED TO SMOKE !!!

Smoking

ok so today i really need to smoke. I have been smoke free for 28 days, and today i really need that smoke. my body is all chittery for it, my lungs are over taking my brain. I have a pack of smokes and a lighter and i wanna torch up, but my good angel says no you have come to far, my devil says... take a drag and enjoy it.. i learned so far if i express to people i want to smoke they help me... help give me that smoke

Every time you feel like this, say a prayer and it will help. Also, try to remind yourself of how much effort you have already invested in this situation, 28 days. This will make you to think twice. Wishing you all well. God bless you.
